We are a residential community providing services catered to individual needs. All monthly lease fees include rent, utilities (excluding phone and cable), maintenance, housekeeping, weekly flat linen service, scheduled transportation, and three meals daily, including two snacks. Our community offers several types of apartments, each with full bath and 24-hour emergency buttons. Each suite also has cable and telephone outlets and emergency response system. Assistance with medication is available along with a wellness assessment & 24-hour staffing and monitoring. Activities are scheduled daily for all to enjoy as well.

24-hour Respite Care Program

For short term stays requiring professional supervision in a safe environment, for several days or just overnight.

24-Hour Respite Care: $125 per day

Day Care Program

An immediate answer to your care giving needs. This program is designed for seniors who should not be left unattended during the day. Personalized assistance and activities with other seniors are provided. Meals are included in the daily rate.

Half Day (1-4 Hours): $25.00

Full Day (4-8 Hours): $50.00

Admission Fees

One-time, non-refundable fee - includes wellness assessment, individual care plan development, and orientation services and maintenance services: $1250.00

Medication Management Fee: $150.00 per month

Second Occupant Fee: $750.00 per month

Level of Service Fee:

The determination of this fee is based upon an assessment of the resident’s needs. A Resident Care Manager will determine this fee, when additional personalized services are needed.
